Over time the sealants and mortar joints that tie into the chimney flashing can degrade and fail and allow water in. This 1970’s home had the original chimney flashing and the owner had water coming in for over a year. By removing the original flashing and roof system around the chimney and installing new flashing and a new roof system we were able to provide a weather tight and warranted system that will last for years to come.
