After having my roof replaced by another company and getting nowhere with a persistent leak, I contacted Summit Point. Dalton came out a couple of times to inspect - climbed through the attic of the entire house; followed up on a rainy day to inspect again and found the root of the problem. Even though Summit Point had not replaced the roof, he refused to take any payment for the inspections! Will definitely contact them and recommend them for any future roofing needs!
We have had Summit do 2 of our groups of condos the last 2 years. All I can say is they do there work just like Joe tells you.

HONEST, GREAT QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL, and KIND. We had 3 companies look at our roof and Summit Point was the only one who was thorough enough to actually look in our attic and spend time ON our roof. They were the only ones honest enough to tell us that we could get a few more years out of our roof with some minor repairs. I have seen residential roof jobs take longer to complete than what the crews did at our community, it was well organized, crews were very efficient, safety was the top priority. Even battling winter weather didn’t slow the crews down or sacrifice quality.

An area of the roof was compromised, they took quality pictures and repaired it with materials that they brought with them, so the project was completed before bad weather set in.

Summit Point has been the sort of roofing contractor I have been needing for my management portfolio. They respond quicker to roof leak repairs than most of the competition and take detailed pictures and reports all while their prices stay competitive.

We had a roof leak that was located under a roof top unit which their crew was able to isolate within a few hours of being there. They were able to coordinate with management, HVAC, and the tenant in order to lift the RTU, repair the damaged roof, and get everything back to normal with minimal disruption to the tenant.
How would you describe the communication you received from our team throughout the project?
Communication has been great. They let me know days and times they are able to show up to projects and service calls and communicate if there are changes in the schedule– something that is extremely valuable for property managers to relay to tenants and owners.
How would you describe the timeliness of the project, from first contact through completion of the project?
Timeliness has been great– they typically can get to service calls same day if necessary but typically 1-3 days out which is what I need, especially dealing with office and manufacturing tenants that can’t wait weeks for roof repairs.

Impact on tenants has always been minimal. When they communicate when they will be onsite, I am able to relay that to tenants so they know that the Summit crew will come inside to check on the leak.

The Summit Point team completes their work quickly and efficiently. They can typically replace an entire multi-home ranch condo building within just one or two days. So far, I have not received a single complaint from any co-owners.
