This building owner contacted us as a repeat customer looking to address a number of issues on the roof. Through a thorough inspection, we put together a plan that would prevent ice damming and leaking. By installing a larger ventilation system, using a fully adhered Ice and Water Shield on the entire roof deck, we were able to address all of the issues with minimal tenant impact.
