This dental office contacted us looking for routine maintenance. A thorough inspection revealed that the shingle system was failing prematurely and needed to be replaced. We worked with the building owner to find the right color that would work for today and the future as they had plans to update the exterior of the building. We installed a GAF roof system and worked hand in hand with their solar contractor to ensure the roof system and solar system were installed correctly and did not void each others warranties.
