INFO FOR YOUR NEW ROOF REPLACEMENT
We hope this page will help answer some general questions regarding the roof replacement process. Anytime a question is asked that applies to all occupants, it will be posted on this page.
To help us better assist you during this process, please fill out the Contact Form located at the bottom of this page. In addition to safely performing quality work, our goal is to minimize our impact to your operations.
Our dates are weather dependent, so please bear with us as inclement weather has the potential to impact our timeline. If the weather holds up, construction will begin on Monday, October 14 and is expected to take approximately 4 weeks. We will begin working on slope #2.
Staging of supplies and equipment will take place in SW corner of parking lot.
Throughout the project we will be operating lifts. During those times we will tape off the area in which we are working.
During the evenings, prior to beginning work in a given area, we will mark parking spots with cones so that you’re not being asked to move vehicles during the day. The work areas are loosely noted in the sitemap image and we will do our best to make as small a footprint as possible.
While we are working on Roof Section 3, we will set up a covered walkway as a precaution, but the entry/exit will remain accessible.
