We have had Summit do 2 of our groups of condos the last 2 years. All I can say is they do there work just like Joe tells you.

They came in and did our roofs, very nice job, cleaned up like they said and no issues at all. We plan on using them again for our next set of condo roofs.

Excellent company and excellent service! We were going to get a few quotes for our roof tear off, gutter installation, and skylight replacement, but after meeting with Summit Point, we knew we didn't need to talk to anyone else. They are professional and exude competence. The communication was great from start to finish and the job was done well (ahead of schedule).

HONEST, GREAT QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL, and KIND. We had 3 companies look at our roof and Summit Point was the only one who was thorough enough to actually look in our attic and spend time ON our roof. They were the only ones honest enough to tell us that we could get a few more years out of our roof with some minor repairs. The others just told us we needed a new roof without actually looking at it. When we finally decided to replace our roof, Summit Point was efficient (finished the entire job in one day), professional, kind, and did a beautiful job cleaning up. You can’t go wrong with this company!

SPR was great to work with and blew away the competition. Their communication and delivery of expectations was fast, efficient, and as explained. The materials they use are industry leading and an upgrade versus most competitors. Lastly, their team went above and beyond to make things personal as, they delivered our son his own SPR tool set and hard hat after he showed excitement to help with Dalton (our sales rep). A truly great company and experience!

After having my roof replaced by another company and getting nowhere with a persistent leak, I contacted Summit Point. Dalton came out a couple of times to inspect - climbed through the attic of the entire house; followed up on a rainy day to inspect again and found the root of the problem. Even though Summit Point had not replaced the roof, he refused to take any payment for the inspections! Will definitely contact them and recommend them for any future roofing needs!
